Common questions

Is Silverline free?

Yes. The Free plan is a complete journal with unlimited trades, the full dashboard, the Edge Score and every export. Premium adds deeper breakdowns, recaps for any period and unlimited accounts. Sign-up is invite-only for now, so you need an Auth Key from the Silverline team.

Do I need an email address?

No. You sign up with a username and password only. You get recovery codes when you create your account; keep them safe, because they are how you get back in if you forget your password.

Does Silverline connect to my broker or prop firm?

Not yet, but it is on the way. Broker and prop-firm connections are planned for a future update. Until then you log trades yourself or import a CSV from your trading platform, and you enter account balances yourself.

Who can see my journal?

Only you. Your trades, notes and screenshots are tied to your account. The operator can see your username, plan and badges to run the service. There is no tracking, advertising or analytics.

Can I export or delete my data?

Yes, any time. Every export is free, including a full JSON backup. You can delete your account and everything in it from Settings.

How your stats are calculated
Win rate
Winning trades ÷ all closed trades. Breakeven trades count as closed, so they lower your win rate.
Profit factor
Money made on winners ÷ money lost on losers. Above 1.0 means you made more than you lost.
Expectancy
Your average net P&L per closed trade, what a typical trade is worth to you.
Realized R
Net P&L ÷ the money you risked on the trade, when you entered a risk amount.

  • Your journal is saved to your Silverline account, so it’s the same in every browser you sign in to.
  • The database checks every request, only you can read and change your journal.
  • Card Collection images and display preferences stay in this browser.
  • Download a JSON backup now and then from Import / Export.

10 Audit log

Nothing in this log can be deleted, not even by the owner. Entries expire after 180 days. Security events are marked with a lock.

11 Auth Keys

Sign-up is invite-only. Each key creates exactly one account and is shown only once, so copy it right away. Revoked keys disappear from the list. Existing accounts keep logging in normally.

Every owner action on this page is checked by the database on each request, not by this page. Only the owner account can use it, the owner role can’t be given or taken through the website, and failed attempts land in the security log.
